  • Eligible Students

  • Final-year students only


Selection Process Overview

1. Online Assessment (90 minutes)


Sections Included:

  • Cognitive & Aptitude: Logical reasoning, verbal ability, quantitative aptitude
  • Technical MCQs: Topics from OOPs, DBMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java/Python basics

  • Coding Round:

    • 1 easy + 1 medium-level problem
    • Topics: arrays, strings, basic algorithms

    • Sample problems:

      • Reverse words in a sentence
      • Find the second largest element in an array

2. Technical Interview

Topics Covered:


  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
  • React or Angular basics
  • Object-Oriented Programming in Java or Python
  • SQL queries: joins, aggregation, subqueries
  • API design logic
  • Sample question:
    • "Explain REST API and how you would design one for a student management system."

3. HR Interview


Common Questions:


-Tell me about yourself

-Strengths and weaknesses

-Handling deadlines and teamwork

-Willingness to relocate and role flexibility



Preparation Strategy

  • -Practiced coding daily on platforms like LeetCode and SkillRack
  • -Revised core computer science subjects: OOPs, DBMS, Operating Systems, Networking
  • -Conducted mock HR interviews with peers
  • -Focused on explaining personal projects during technical round
    • -Highlighted full stack applications with front-end and back-end integration


Final Outcome

I was selected for the Full Stack Web Developer role at Accenture, Delhi. The process thoroughly tested both technical problem-solving and communication skills. It was a rewarding experience that validated consistent preparation and project-based learning.
