Selection Process Overview
1. Online Assessment (90 minutes)

- Cognitive & Aptitude: Logical reasoning, verbal ability, quantitative aptitude
- Technical MCQs: Topics from OOPs, DBMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java/Python basics
Coding Round:
- 1 easy + 1 medium-level problem
- Topics: arrays, strings, basic algorithms
Sample problems:
- Reverse words in a sentence
- Find the second largest element in an array
2. Technical Interview
Topics Covered:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
- React or Angular basics
- Object-Oriented Programming in Java or Python
- SQL queries: joins, aggregation, subqueries

3. HR Interview
